Another great "Four Hands" dinner at Nouri with chef Ivan Brehm and guest chef Darren Teoh creating some really good Malaysian inspired dishes. Darren is from Dewakan in Kuala Lumpur, a restaurant that I've heard lots of positive comments about but haven't had the chance to try. With the current Four Hands meals running today (January 17) for lunch and dinner, I'd encourage anyone with time today to head to Nouri. Nouri – Salsa to Sambal in Singapore

A meal at Nouri is like a trip around the world.
