There are so many yakitori joints where I live and the ones beneath the railway tracks near Ginza were never that great. The owner speaks very good english and was able to provide more details about the various yakitori\u00a0in the menu\u00a0to us. Nonetheless, the restaurant was dominated by locals and I think this is partly because it&#8217;s in a \u00a0residential area and reservations do need to be made. So if you do plan to come here, do call ahead to make a booking.<\/p>\n<p>Our meal, inclusive of sake (which was around\u00a0half the expense), cost less than USD50 per person. Note that we did have a lot of food and that Fuku&#8217;s portions are generous so one could eat for a lot less as well.<\/p>\n<p>Fuku is located in the Yoyogi-Uehara area\u00a0and is only around a five minute walk east of\u00a0the Yoyogi-Uehara subway station.
